Terms of Service

By installing or using Easy Delivery, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The licence we give you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Easy Delivery on one device for your own delivery work. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app.

Trial and subscriptions

• Every new device gets a 3-day free trial, which starts at registration and is recorded on our server. Reinstalling the app does not restart it.
• After the trial you may subscribe monthly or yearly, or buy a lifetime licence.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You manage or cancel them where you bought them.
• A licence is bound to the first device that activates it.

Refunds

Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play's refund policy. Beyond that, if the app does not work as described on your device, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right.

Accuracy and your responsibility

Easy Delivery orders stops using straight-line distance and resolves addresses using your device's geocoder and third-party map links. Results are a planning aid, not a guarantee. You are responsible for:

• Confirming each pin before delivering to it.
• Obeying all traffic laws and never operating the app while driving.
• Any agreement you have with your employer or customers about handling their addresses.

Availability

The app works offline for routing, but registration and licence checks need an internet connection. We aim to keep our licence server available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixil Lab is not liable for lost deliveries, missed time windows, fuel costs, lost profits, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension

We may suspend a licence that is being shared across devices, resold, or used to attack or abuse our service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pixil Lab is established, and its competent courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
