Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Easy Delivery collects, why, and what we never do with it. It applies to the Easy Delivery Android app and this website.

What we collect

When you register on first launch, we collect and store on our server:

• Name — so support can address you.
• Phone number — for licence and support contact.
• Email address — to deliver your licence key and receipts.
• Device identifier (Android ID) — to start and enforce your free trial and to bind a licence to one device.

That is the complete list. We do not collect your contacts, your photos, your messages, or your browsing activity.

Location

The app requests location access while it is in use, for one purpose: to order your delivery stops by distance from where you are. Your location is processed on your device, is never sent to our servers, and is never shared with anyone.

Your customers' addresses

Addresses, notes, phone numbers, order numbers and cash amounts that you add to a list are stored locally on your device only and are deleted automatically after 7 days. They are never uploaded to our servers and never shared.

Why we can use your data

We process your registration details to perform our contract with you (providing the trial and the licence) and to meet our legal obligations regarding payment records. You may withdraw at any time by asking us to delete your account.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Limited processors are used strictly to run the service:

• Cloudflare — hosts our licence server and this website.
• Google Maps — renders the map inside the app, subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Google Play Billing — processes subscription payments. We never see or store your card details.
• Resend — delivers licence and support emails.

How long we keep it

Registration details and trial records are kept while your account is active, and are deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Delivery lists on your device are deleted automatically after 7 days.

Security

All traffic between the app and our server is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Our server stores only the four fields listed above.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. See Delete my data for the deletion process, or write to us at the address below.

Children

Easy Delivery is a tool for working delivery drivers and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects your rights, notify you by email.
