An address did not resolve
Plain-text addresses depend on your device's geocoder, which struggles with informal directions such as "behind the big mosque". When the app cannot place an address it asks you to drop the pin yourself on the map. That pin is exact and is saved with the stop.
My trial ended but I reinstalled the app
The trial is recorded on our server against your device, so reinstalling does not restart it. This is deliberate and applies to everyone.
I bought a licence but it is not active
Open the app, enter the licence key from your email, and make sure you are online. A key binds to the first device that activates it. If you changed phones, write to us and we will move the licence.
I marked a stop delivered by mistake
Tap Undo in the bar that appears right after, or open the day's list and press Return to route on any completed stop. It re-enters the route immediately.
I want my data deleted
