Delete my data

You can ask us to delete your Easy Delivery account and everything we hold about you. There is no charge and no interview.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@easy-delivery.app from the address you registered with, using the subject line Delete my data.

If you cannot email from your registered address, include your name and registered phone number so we can identify the account.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, phone number and email address.
  • Your device identifier and the trial record attached to it.
  • Any licence record tied to your account.

Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request, and we confirm by email when it is done.

What we may keep

Where the law requires it, we keep payment and tax records for the period required by applicable law. These contain the transaction, not your delivery activity.

Your delivery lists

Your customers' addresses and notes never reach our servers — they live on your phone and are deleted automatically after 7 days. To remove them immediately, delete the list in the app, or uninstall the app to remove all of them at once.

After deletion

Your account is gone and cannot be recovered. Note that deleting your account does not reset the free trial for that device.
